摘 要:目的通过问卷调查了解健康教育干预后的实验组和未干预的对照组高职医学生艾滋病职业暴露防护的认知情况,通过对比分析健康教育的效果。方法从湖南中医药高等专科学校高职医学生中采取分层随机抽样的方式抽取研究对象,根据文献优选及专家建议制定调查表格,以相同问卷调查实验组和对照组的调查对象,对比分析教育效果。结果对照组调查对象378人,艾滋病职业暴露防护知识的知晓率42.6%,实验组调查对象378人,其知晓率91.3%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论健康教育能有效提高高职医学生对艾滋病基本知识及职业暴露防护的认知水平。Objective To know about the awareness status of HIV/AIDS occupational exposure and the protection methods among vocational medical students from experimental and control group, and to assess the effect of health education. Methods Respondents were randomly selected by stratified sampling from Hunan Traditional Chinese Medical College,questionnaire used in this survey was integrate with references and experts’ suggestion. Experimental and control groupwere investigated by the same questionnaire,comparative analysis of the effect of health education. Results378 subjects in the control group, the awareness rate of HIV/AIDS occupational exposure and protection is 42.6 %. 378 subjects in the experimental group, the awareness rate of HIV/AIDS occupational exposure and protection is 91.3 %, compared with the experimental and control group there weresignificant differences(P<0.001). Conclusions Health education can effectively improve vocationalmedical students’ basic knowledge of AIDS, HIV occupational exposure and its protection cognitive level.
