网络借贷平台风险与监管研究——对近期P2P平台集中爆发风险事件的思考

摘　　要：近年来,伴随着网络借贷的飞速发展,其背后隐藏的诸多金融风险也逐渐暴露。2018年6月至7月,全国相继有百余家P2P网贷平台出现资金链断裂、项目大面积逾期、负责人跑路等风险事件,平台"爆雷潮"引发社会各界高度关注。本文对P2P平台集中爆发的风险事件进行了梳理,重点剖析了其背后存在的主要问题和风险,并在借鉴发达国家网络借贷平台监管实践的基础上,提出加强P2P网络借贷平台监管的政策建议。In recent years,with the rapid development of online lending,financial risks hidden behind it have gradually emerged.From June to July 2018,there were more than 100 P2 P lending platforms breaking out risk events,such as liquidity crisis,large-scale overdue projects,and the person in charge running away.The wexplosion boom" of P2 P lending platform are of high concerns.This paper sorts out the risk events in the recent P2 P lending platforms and analyze the main risks and problems.Based on the supervision practice of the network lending platforms in developed countries,the author proposes some suggestions to strengthen the supervision of the P2 P lending platform.
