肝豆状核变性患者自主神经功能障碍与焦虑、抑郁的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究肝豆状核变性(WD)患者自主神经功能障碍与焦虑、抑郁的相关性。方法对120例WD患者分别进行自主神经症状量表(ASP)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分,然后进行自主神经功能障碍与焦虑、抑郁的相关性研究。结果WD患者自主神经功能症状中出汗异常所占比例最高,占56%;其次为便秘,占51%;心率异常所占比例最低,占8%。通过抑郁与焦虑评分,共有59例患者出现抑郁,占49%;66例患者出现焦虑,占55%。相关性分析结果表明,抑郁、焦虑与自主神经功能障碍有明显的相关性,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论WD患者的自主神经功能障碍与患者的焦虑、抑郁有一定的相关性,临床医生应加强对WD患者自主神经功能及患者情绪的关注,从而提高患者的生活质量。Objective To study correlation between autonomic nervous dysfunction and anxiety as well as depression in patients with Wilson’s disease( WD). Methods Totally 120 WD patients were scored by autonomic symptom profile( ASP),Hamilton depression scale( HAMD) and Hamilton anxiety scale( HAMA),then the correlation between autonomic nervous dysfunction and anxiety as well as depression was studied.Results The percentage of abnormal sweating in autonomic nervous function symptoms of WD patients was the highest,accounting for 56%,followed by constipation,accounting for 51%,and the abnormal heart rate was the lowest,accounting for 8%. According to depression and anxiety scores,totally 59 patients showed depression,accounting for 49%,and 66 patients showed anxiety,accounting for 55%.The results of correlation analysis showed that depression,anxiety and autonomic nervous dysfunction were significantly correlated,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The autonomic nervous dysfunction of WD patients was correlated with anxiety and depression,thus the clinicians should pay more attention to the autonomic nervous function and emotion of patients with WD,so as to improve their quality of life.
