摘　　要：目的探讨《针灸大成》中针灸治疗头痛的取穴规律。方法确立头痛的相关检索词,依据《针灸大成》中的文献条目构建数据库,并运用频数分析和数据挖掘技术对针灸治疗头痛的腧穴和经脉的使用频次、腧穴间配伍规律、特定穴使用情况及腧穴的分布情况进行统计分析。结果针灸治疗头痛以近部取穴为主,使用频次居前5位的腧穴为合谷、风池、列缺、百会、上星,使用频次靠前的经脉为督脉、手阳明大肠经、足太阳膀胱经、足少阳胆经、手少阳三焦经,腧穴间配伍形式以远近结合配穴、局部配穴为主,选用频次最高的特定穴为交会穴,选用腧穴多位于头项部和上肢部。结论针灸治疗头痛注重近部选穴,多取循经头部经脉上的腧穴,腧穴间配伍以远近配穴、局部配穴为主,多使用交会穴、五输穴、原穴,所选腧穴多分布于头项部和上肢远端部,可为针灸治疗头痛提供依据和参考。Objective To discuss the rules in acupoints selection for acupuncture therapy of headache in Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion.Methods Search words related to headache were established,and a database was set up according to literature entries of Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion.Frequeney analysis and data mining technology were used to make statistical analysis of acupuncture therapy of headache,including the use frequencies of different acupuncture points and channels,the rules of acupuncture points compatibility,the use of specific points,and the distribution of acupuncture points.Results Acupuncture therapy of headache is mainly based on selection of adjacent points.The top five commonly used acupuncture points were Hegu(LI 4),Fengchi(GB 20),Lieque(LU 7),Baihui(DU 20)and Shangxing(DU 23).The frequently used channels near the top are Du Channel,the Large Intestine Channel of Hand-Yangming,Gall Bladder Channel of Foot-Shaoyang,Urinary Bladder Channel of Foot-Taiyang,the Tri-jiao Channel of Hand-Shaoyang,and the form of acupuncture points compatibility focuses on distal-proximal points association and local points selection,and the most commonly used specific points are the crossing points and the most commonly used acupuncture points are located in the head and neck as well as the upper limbs.Conclusion Acupuncture therapy of headache lays emphasis on selection of adjacent points,the acupuncture points along head channels are often selected,the form of acupuncture points compatibility focuses on distal-proximal points association and local point selection,and the most commonly used points are the crossing points,five transport points and source points,and the acupuncture points selected are usually located in the head and neck as well as the distal end of upper limbs,which can provide a basis and reference for acupuncture therapy of headache.
