摘　　要：西夏典当契约是西夏契约的重要组成部分,其主要出土于西夏故地黑水城和武威等地,现已影印收录于近年出版的《俄藏黑水城文献》、《日本藏西夏文文献》等大型文献之中。西夏典当契约内容较为丰富,价值十分珍贵,其不仅真实地反映了西夏时期基层社会农牧民的穷困生活,而且也是基层农牧民受剥削和压榨的最原始的凭证,是研究西夏时期社会经济和社会性质重要的原始史料。我们结合西夏学专家考释公布的比较完整的典当契约,依据档案学理论对西夏典当契约的性质、程式等从微观上作比较全面透彻地探讨,以揭示其规律。The Xixia pawn contract is an important part of the Xixia contract. It is mainly unearthed in Khara-khoto and Wuwei. It has been photocopied and recorded in the Literature on City of Heishui Hidden in Russian published in recent years,Xixia LiteratureHidden in Japan and the other large literature.Among the literature,the Xixia pawn contract is rich in content and valuable. It isn’t only truly reflection of the poverty of the grassroots social peasants and herdsmen in the Xixia period,but also the most primitive evidence of the exploitation and squeezing of grassroots farmers and herdsmen. It is the original historical materials important to the nature of the Xixia society. Based on the comparatively research on the pawn contracts completed and published by some scholars,we could systematically explore the nature and procedures of the Xixia pawn contract from the microscopic level to reveal its regularity.
