摘 要:作为智能电网具有典型代表性的高级应用技术,顺序控制在变电站中得到了广泛应用。根据顺序控制操作票存放和执行位置的不同,总结归纳了目前变电站顺序控制系统改造的3种典型实施方案,并就运检的便捷性和技术的可行性对3种方案进行了对比分析;根据控制信号传输方式的不同,对基于网关机和KVM(键盘、视频和鼠标)技术的远方顺控方式的实施机理展开研究;结合工程实例,详细阐述了基于KVM远程集中管控方案的具体改造实施内容,并通过工程实际应用有效验证了变电站顺控系统改造带来的经济性与便捷性。As a typical advanced application technology of the smart grid,the sequential control has been widely used in substations.According to the different storage and execution positions of sequence control operation tickets,three typical implementation schemes for the reconstruction of the substation sequence control system are summarized.The comparative analyses are made on the convenience of the maintenance and the feasibility of technical implementation for the three reconstruction schemes.The implementation mechanism of remote sequential control mode based on gateway machine and KVM technology are studied according to the different transmission modes of control signals.Combined with an engineering example,the implementation contents of the remote centralized management and control scheme based on KVM are introduced.Through the practical application of the project,the economy and convenience brought by the reconstruction of the substation sequence control system of substation are verified.
