摘  要:针对火电厂转机设备进行设备建模及定期的转机设备振动数据采集,当设备出现异常状况时通过系统数据库中的趋势跟踪和振动频谱分析及时给出设备劣化程度评估和检修指导意见 在组织设备故障原因分析、查找时,深入分析造成引风机叶片磨损的因素,通过故障发生阶段的风烟、除尘系统的DCS数据调查,确认故障主要原因,提出防磨措施,保障设备安全稳定运行。Aiming at the equipment modeling and the periodic vibration data acquisition of the transformer equipment in thermal power plant,when the equipment is in abnormal condition,through the trend tracking and vibration spectrum analysis in the system database,guidance for equipment deterioration assessment and maintenance is given.When organizing the cause analysis and searching of equip ment failure,the factors causing blade wear of induced draft fan are analyzed in depth.Through the analysis of the reasons,the paper makes a thorough analysis of the factors causing blade wear of induced draft fan.The statistical data of DCS smoke and dust removal system in the stage of barrier occurrence confirm that the anti wear measures should be put forward to ensure safe and stable operation of equipment.
