摘　　要：综述糖尿病周围神经病变中医护理现状,指出目前经过循证的中医护理技术如中药熏洗、穴位贴敷、穴位按摩、穴位注射、针灸、推拿等尚缺乏一定的规范和标准,都是建立在小样本、设计不严谨、质量不佳的原始研究之上,还有待今后开展多中心、大样本的试验来验证。This article reviews the status of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) nursing of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.It is pointed out that the current evidence-based TCM nursing techniques such as Chinese medicine fumigation and washing,acupoint application,acupressure,acupoint injection,acupuncture,and massage are lacking certain specifications and standards,and are based on the original research of small samples,imprecise design,and poor quality.It will be verified by multi-center,large-scale experiments in the future.
