摘　　要：在高校科技成果转化领域中,隐性知识转化至关重要。但由于隐性知识转化具有高度个性化、难以规范化的属性,其有效转化往往难以实现。社交网络是隐性知识转化的主要通道,其中存在的结构洞,会阻碍高校科技成果转化团队成员间的交流。而由于关系的本质是寻求利益交换、恩惠施求、人情积累以及面子维护等,所以关系能够缓冲结构洞的阻碍作用。因此,文章基于关系填充结构洞的视角,研究结构洞与关系对隐性知识外显化以及社会化的影响,探索关系对结构洞负面影响的缓冲作用,以求促进高校科技成果转化团队中的隐性知识转化。该论文运用定量研究方法,通过调查问卷验证假设,发现结构洞会阻碍隐性知识转化,但关系能够缓冲结构洞的负面影响,促进隐性知识外显化和社会化。该论文对于推动高校科技成果转化有着重要的理论和实践意义。Tacit knowledge conversion is the key to the university’s sci-tech achievements transformation.However,tacit knowledge is highly personal and subconscious,making it particularly hard to convert.Social network has been viewed as the main channel of tacit knowledge conversion,but its disperse structural holes can cause poor communication among sci-tech achievements transformation team members,leading to limited information mobilization.Relationship can alleviate such disadvantages,because it pursues resource mobilization in the form of favor exchange,the accumulation of human feelings and the maintenance of face,the relationship can buffer the hindrance of the structure hole.Therefore,this paper aims to investigate the impacts of structural holes and relationship on the externalization and socialization of tacit knowledge.In addition,it intends to study the moderating effect of relationship on structural holes.The paper adopted quantitative surveys to test the hypotheses,and the findings show that strategically leveraging relationship to buffer the negative impacts of structural holes can promote the effective conversion of tacit knowledge,advancing the sci-tech achievements transformation.It can hence be seen that this paper has significant theoretical and practical implications for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
