摘　　要：针对目前查新工作中存在的诸多不便,文章构建了基于B/S模式的科技查新咨询综合管理系统,以实现科技查新服务的电子化及网络化,并且介绍了系统的开发设计过程、各个功能模块及流程操作。各模块功能的有效结合提高了查新工作效率,规范了查新流程。In view of the inconveniences in the current novelty search work, a integrated management system for novelty search and consultation based on B/S mode is constructed to realize the electronic and networked. The development and design process of the system, the various functional modules and the process operation are introduced.Through the effective combination of the functions of each module, the efficiency of novelty search work is improved and the process is standardized.
