摘 要:土地适宜性分析是城镇发展合理有效进行土地利用的基础,目前多采用潜力性和限制性方法对城镇土地进行适宜性分析。鉴于上述两个方法的优缺点,文章采用两者相结合的方法,利用熵权法和有序加权平均法(Ordered Weighted Averaging,OWA)两种多准则评价方法进行潜力性指标权重确定,布尔运算方法应用于限制性因素确定,将该方法应用于研究区常熟市,将其评价分析结果与规划发展区对比,结果表明其空间一致性达85%以上,空间布局非常相似。最适宜区和高适宜区面积约为460平方千米,约占全市总面积的40%,与城市总体规划非常吻合。Land suitability analysis is the basis of rational and effective land use for urban development. At present,potential and restrictive methods are mostly used to analyze the suitability of urban land. In view of the advantages and disadvantages of the above two methods, this paper adopts the combination of the two methods, two multi-criteria evaluation methods, entropy weight method and orderly weighted average method use to determine the weight of potential indicators and the computational method is applied to the determination of restrictive factors. The method is applied to Changshu city, the research area, and the results of its evaluation and analysis are compared with those of the planned development area. The results show that the spatial consistency of the method is 80%, and the spatial layout is very similar. The area of the most suitable area and the high suitable area is about 460 square kilometers, accounting for 40% of the total area of the city, which is very consistent with the overall urban planning.
