地屈孕酮联合来曲唑对子宫内膜异位症患者血清糖类抗原125水平及复发率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨地屈孕酮联合来曲唑对子宫内膜异位症患者血清糖类抗原125(CA125)水平及复发率的影响。方法选取江西省赣州市人民医院2017年6月至2018年12月收治的60例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组予以来曲唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用地屈孕酮治疗,比较两组临床疗效、性激素水平、血清CA125水平变化及复发率。结果与对照组比较,观察组治疗有效率更高,复发率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、血清CA125水平均明显降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地屈孕酮联合来曲唑治疗子宫内膜异位症临床疗效显著,可有效降低患者性激素水平及血清CA125水平,减少复发率,提高生命质量。Objective To explore the effect of desdrogesterone combined with letrozole on serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125) level and recurrence rate in patients with endometriosis. Methods A total of 60 patients with endometriosis admitted to Ganzhou People’s Hospital of Jiangxi Province from June 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with letrozole, while the observation group was treated with didrogesterone on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, sex hormone level, serum CA125 level and recurrence rate were compared between the 2 groups. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher, and the recurrence rate was significantly lower(P<0.05);after treatment, the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), estradiol(E2), serum CA125 in the 2 groups were significantly lower, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Didrogesterone combined with letrozole in the treatment of endometriosis has a significant clinical effect. It can effectively reduce the level of sex hormone and serum CA125, reduce the recurrence rate and improve the quality of life in patients with endometriosis.
