摘　　要：哲学社会科学在人类认识与实践过程中发挥着独特的认识功能和社会功能。在物质文明高度发展的今天,厘清哲学社会科学概念,把握我国哲学社会科学的发展历程,认真分析我国哲学社会科学研究中存在的问题,从制度建设层面提出繁荣哲学社会科学发展的有效路径,对促进精神文明建设具有积极意义。Philosophy of social science plays an important role in the process of human cognition and practical activities for its unique cognitive and social function.At this point,under the circumstances of highly developed material civilization,it is very important for us to clarify the concept of the philosophy of social science,master the developing course of philosophy of social science in China,analyze the research of philosophy of social science’s deficiencies in China,provide an effective path to flourish the Philosophy of social science from the perspective of system construction.In conclusion,the abovementioned methods possesse a positive significance to promote the construction of spiritual civilization.
