浙江省文化产业与旅游业耦合协调及融合评价

摘　　要：当前文化产业与旅游业耦合协调及融合的发展态势较好,对此态势评估需要设计系统的评价体系。首先探讨文化产业和旅游业耦合协调及融合的发展机理;然后建立相应的评价指标体系,以浙江为例进行实证研究。结果表明:浙江省文化产业和旅游业的发展现状、耦合协调及融合等存在地区差异。杭州和宁波文化产业和旅游业发展较好,两大产业耦合协调较好,融合也较好,成为浙江省文旅发展的两个增长极;浙中部6个省辖市文旅发展各有侧重,金华和台州两地的文化产业发展水平高于旅游业水平,嘉兴和湖州两地旅游业发展水平高于文化产业水平,温州和绍兴两地两大产业发展水平较均衡;部分省辖市文旅耦合协调度还有待提升;除舟山外,浙江其他省辖市文旅融合较好。最后,针对不同地区的文旅业提出差异化、特色化发展的建议。At present,the coupling and integrated development trend of cultural industry and tourism is good.To evaluate such trend,a systematic evaluation system is required.Firstly,the development mechanism of the coupling,coordination and integration between the cultural industry and the tourism industry was explored.Then,the corresponding index system was established,and a case study of Zhejiang Province was carried out.The results show that there are regional differences in the development,coupling,coordination and integration of cultural and tourism industry in Zhejiang Province.Cultural and tourism industry develop well in Hangzhou and Ningbo,where the two industries are well coupled,coordinated and integrated,so they become the two growth poles of culture and tourism development in Zhejiang Province.The cultural and tourism development of the six cities in the middle of Zhejiang Province has different emphases.The development level of cultural industry in Jinhua and Taizhou is higher than that of tourism.The development level of tourismin Jiaxing and Huzhou is higher than that of the cultural industry.The development level of the two major industries in Wenzhou and Shaoxing is relatively balanced.Some cities in Zhejiang Province still remain improving in terms of coupling and coordination degree of cultural industry and tourism.In addition to Zhoushan,cultural and tourism integration is better in other cities in Zhejiang Province.Finally,some suggestions on differential and characteristic development of cultural and tourism industry were put forward for different areas.
