摘 要:盛京金融广场项目(南区)由三栋超高层建筑、附属裙房及整体地下室组成。三栋超高层建筑均为框架-核心筒结构,其中T2塔楼建筑高度318.89 m。经平板载荷试验及专家论证,采用筏板基础方案,地基承载力为1200 kPa。筏板基础采取了多种基床系数进行包络设计。地基沉降计算值、实测值与沈阳市内地区同类型超高层建筑经验值吻合较好。此项目通过相关现场试验等确定的地层参数可作为本地区其他项目参考。Shengjing Financial Plaza Project(South)consists of three high-rise buildings,affiliated podium and integral basement.The three super high-rise buildings are all frame-core tube structures.The height of the T2 tower is 318.89 m.When the raft foundation was used,the bearing capacity of the foundation needed 1200 kPa.The plate load test and expert demonstration were carried out in this project,what proved that it was feasible to adopt the raft foundation scheme.The design of the raft foundation had been carried out by a variety of foundation reaction coefficients.The calculated value of foundation settlement was in good agreement with the experience value of the same type of super high rise building in Shenyang city.The soil layer parameters through the related tests in this project can be used as a reference for other projects in the region.
