摘  要:对一种夹紧力可调的机电控制无级变速器(CVT)的结构和工作原理进行了详细的分析,说明了其速比和从动带轮夹紧力之间的耦合关系,建立了机电控制CVT电控电动执行机构的模型,制定了基于耦合特性的机电控制CVT速比控制策略。利用所建立的基于MATLAB/Simulink的机电控制CVT传动系统仿真模型,仿真对比了常规控制与基于耦合特性控制的控制效果,仿真结果表明:基于耦合特性的控制策略在速比增大时响应时间减少约14%;同时尽管机电控制CVT消耗的能量增加,但是汽车的动力性有所提高。The structure and operating principle of the electro-mechanical continuously variable transmission(EMCVT)is analyzed.The coupling relation between the speed ratio and the driven pulley clamping force was illustrated and the model of the EMCVT actuator was developed.The speed ratio control strategy of the EMCVT was developed based on the coupling characteristic between the speed ratio and driven pulley clamping force.The control effect of this ratio control strategy was compared with that of conventional strategy using a simulation model of the EMCVT in MATLAB/Simulink.The results indicates that the response time of speed ratio is reduced by 14%when the speed ratio increases;and although the energy consumed by the EMCVT is increased,the vehicle dynamic performance is improved.
