摘　　要：目的:研发医疗质量监测计算机管理系统,用于管理部门对医疗质量进行全面监测,以促进医疗质量的提高。方法:采用C/S模式,创建一个基于电子病历、HIS、病案首页管理、手术麻醉、医院感染、ICU管理、药事管理等信息系统的统一数据集成平台。结果:系统实现了对医疗质量指标的集成、汇总和智能分析,能够对医院核心运行指标进行实时展现和评价。结论:系统有助于医院实行科学的管理,促进医疗质量的提高,保障患者安全,提升医院运行效率和效益。Objective: To research and develop a computer management system for medical quality monitoring, which can be used by management departments to monitor medical quality in an all-round way, so as to promote the improvement of medical quality. Methods: Using C/S mode, a unified data integration platform based on electronic medical record, HIS, medical record front page management, surgical anesthesia, hospital infection, ICU management, pharmacy management and other information systems was created. Results: The system realized the integration, summary and intelligent analysis of medical quality indicators, and can display and evaluate the core operating indicators of hospitals in real time. Conclusion: The system is helpful for the hospital to implement scientific management, promote the improvement of medical quality, ensure patient safety, and improve the efficiency and benefits of hospital operation.
