摘　　要：目的:利用数据挖掘技术分析中医名家辨治IgA肾病(IgA nephropathy,IgAN)规律。方法:检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库中有关中医辨治IgAN经验的文献,提取有价值资料,建立Access数据库。运用结构化查询语言(structured query language,SQL)对数据进行处理,揭示中医药名家对IgAN的辨证(病因、病机、主症、证候)和治疗(治法、用药、组方)特点。采用Cytoscape软件对结果进行可视化处理,分析IgAN的中医诊疗规律。结果:IgAN临床常见病机为迫血妄行、伤阴、瘀阻等,常见症状有血尿、蛋白尿、腰痛等,常见证候有气阴两虚证、气虚证、风热证等,常见治法为凉血活血止血、益气滋阴等,常用中药有黄芪、地黄、茯苓等,常用方剂有知柏地黄丸、小蓟饮子、银翘散等。结论:IgAN总体病机为本虚标实,本虚以脾肾气虚、气阴两虚为主,标实以风、热、湿、瘀为主,治疗以补虚泻实为总则。利用数据挖掘技术分析得出的中医名家辨治IgAN规律,可为IgAN的临床辨治提供参考。Objective:To analyze the regularities in the diagnosis and treatment of IgA nephropathy(IgAN)by famous traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) doctors using data mining technology. Methods:First,useful information about experience in diagnosing and treating IgAN was extracted from the related literature searched from Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNK)、Wanfang database and VIP database to establish an Access database. Second,the data was processed by structured query language(SQL) to reveal the characteristics of syndrome differentiation(etiology,pathogenesis,primary symptoms and syndromes) and treatment(therapeutic methods,drugs and prescriptions)of IgAN by TCM doctors. Last,the Cytoscape software was used to visualize the results,so as to analyze the regularities in TCM diagnosis and treatment of IgAN. Results:In clinic,the common pathogenesis of IgAN included frenetic movement of blood due to excessive heat,yin injury,obstruction by blood stasis,and so on. The common symptoms were hematuria,proteinuria,lumbago,etc. and the common syndromes included qi and yin deficiency syndrome,qi deficiency syndrome,wind-heat syndrome,etc. So cooling blood,promoting blood circulation,stopping bleeding,benefiting qi,nourishing yin,and so on were the common methods for the treatment. The commonly used medicines in the treatment of IgAN included Huangqi(Astragali Radix),Dihuang(Rehmanniae Radix),Fuling(Poria),and so on. The commonly used prescriptions included Zhi Bai Dihuang Pill,Xiaoji Decoction,Yin Qiao Powder,and so on. Conclusion:The IgAN generally resulted from deficiency of spleen and kidney,or deficiency of qi and yin in the root,and wind,heat,dampness and blood stasis in the tip. In a word,its general pathogenesis is deficiency in the root and excess in the tip. Therefore,treating deficiency by tonification and treating excess by purgation were the primary therapeutic principles.
