柴芩清宁胶囊、清开灵胶囊、清热解毒胶囊、疏风解毒胶囊解热作用的药效学及药物经济学分析

摘　　要：目的从药效学与药物经济学两个角度比较柴芩清宁胶囊、清开灵胶囊、清热解毒胶囊、疏风解毒胶囊的解热作用。方法SPF级SD大鼠随机分为正常组,模型组,柴芩清宁胶囊低、中、高剂量组(277.65、555.30、1110.60 mg/kg),清开灵胶囊低、中、高剂量组(308.50、617.00、1234.00 mg/kg),清热解毒胶囊低、中、高剂量组(370.20、740.40、1480.80 mg/kg),疏风解毒胶囊低、中、高剂量组(641.68、1283.36、2566.72 mg/kg)。各组大鼠按相应给药剂量及天数灌胃给药,采用干酵母和LPS两种致热模型观察大鼠给药后的体温变化,比较各组大鼠体温上升高度(△T)、体温抑制率、成本效果比及增量成本效果比。结果与模型组相比,各给药组均可在一定程度上抑制干酵母及LPS发热模型大鼠的体温,降低体温上升高度。与清开灵胶囊、清热解毒胶囊、疏风解毒胶囊相比,柴芩清宁胶囊达到的最佳体温抑制率效果较好,但成本较高。结论柴芩清宁胶囊、清开灵胶囊、清热解毒胶囊、疏风解毒胶囊均具有一定的解热作用,但各药物发挥作用的特点不同,临床应用时可根据需求进行选择。Objective To compare the antipyretic effect of Chaiqinqingning capsule,Qingkailing capsule,Qingrejiedu capsule and Shufengjiedu capsule from the perspectives of pharmacodynamics and pharmacoeconomics.Methods SPF SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,low,medium and high dose groups of Chaiqinqingning capsule(277.65,555.30,1110.60 mg/kg),low,medium and high dose groups of Qingkailing capsule(308.50,617.00,1234.00 mg/kg),low,medium and high dose groups of Qingrejiedu capsule(370.20,740.40,1480.80 mg/kg),low,medium and high dose groups of Shufengjiedu capsule(641.68,1283.36,2566.72 mg/kg).Rats in each group were intragastrically administered according to the corresponding dose and days.The changes of body temperature after administration were observed by using two models of dry yeast and LPS.Then calculating the Body temperature rise height,body temperature inhibition rate,cost-effectiveness ratio and incremental cost-effectiveness ratio.Results Compared with the model group,the different groups of Chaiqinqingning capsule,Qingkailing capsule,Qingrejiedu capsule and Shufengjiedu capsule can inhibit the body temperature of the dry yeast and LPS-induced pyrexia response,and reduce the body temperature rise height.Compared with Qingkailing capsule,Qingrejiedu capsule and Shufengjiedu capsule,the optimal body temperature inhibition rate achieved by Chaiqinqingning capsule was better,but the cost was higher.Conclusion Chaiqinqingning capsule,Qingkailing capsule,Qingrejiedu capsule and Shufengjiedu capsule all have certain antipyretic effect,but the characteristics of each drug are different,drugs can be selected according to different needs in clinical application.
