摘 要:针对无环向加劲肋Q460高强钢管T形插板节点在局部压力荷载作用下的受力性能开展了非线性有限元分析,研究了主管径厚比和节点板尺寸不同参数下钢管插板节点的承载力特性及其影响规律。同时,以圆环-母线梁模型为基础,采用塑性绞线计算理论分析了T形插板节点的抗压承载力特性及其合理参数取值,承载力理论值与模拟分析结果吻合较好。最后,基于日本钢管塔制作基准的计算方法和钢管节点承载力模拟结果,开展了T形插板节点极限承载力的计算理论研究,提出了计算无环向加劲肋Q460高强钢管T形插板节点抗压承载力的修正公式,研究成果可供钢管塔设计参考应用。In order to investigate the local compressive bearing capacity of T-shaped Q460 high-strength steel tube-gusset joint without hoop stiffening ribs,nonlinear finite element analysis is carried out.The bearing capacity and influencing factors under different diameter-thickness ratio and gusset plate dimensions are investigated.Meanwhile,based on the ring-bus bar model,the compressive bearing capacity of T-shaped steel tube-gusset joints and reasonable parameters are analyzed by plastic hinge line theory,and the calculation results match well with FEA simulation results.At last,based on the bearing capacity calculation method in Japanese code and FEA results,the calculation of T-shaped steel tube-gusset joints is studied,and a modified formula is provided,which has a better accuracy for predicting the compressive bearing capacity of T-shaped Q460 high-strength steel tube-gusset joints without hoop stiffening ribs.The results of this study can be used as a reference for steel tower design.
