摘  要:采用快速膜乳化技术制备均一小粒径复合多糖微球,重点探究膜乳化工艺关键参数和微球固化冷却工艺等对微球形貌、粒径及其分布的影响,以及制备工艺对微球耐压性能的影响,在此基础上制备粒径均一、耐压性能良好的小粒径复合多糖微球。色谱研究表明,该均一小粒径复合多糖微球具有较高的色谱分离度,在高分辨率色谱领域具有良好的应用前景。Uniform small-sized polysaccharide composite microspheres were prepared by premix membrane emulsification technique followed by alternative cross-linking technique.Optical microscope,laser particle size analyzer and scanning electron microscope were used for characterization of microspheres.Effects of key parameters including both premix membrane emulsification process and cooling solidification process on the morphology,particle size and size distribution of microspheres were studied.The effect of preparation process on the pressure resistance property was also investigated.Under the optimized conditions,polysaccharide composite microspheres with uniform particle size and superior pressure resistance were prepared.Chromatography results showed that these uniform small-sized polysaccharide composite microspheres had good separation property so that they have potential application in high resolution chromatography.
