自我效能在空巢老年2型糖尿病病人心理痛苦与自我管理间的中介效应研究

摘　　要：目的:调查空巢老年2型糖尿病病人的心理痛苦水平,分析其与自我管理之间的关系,并探讨自我效能在两者之间的中介效应。方法:以2017年1月至2018年1月就诊于江苏省中医院及扬州大学附属医院的347例空巢老年2型糖尿病病人为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、糖尿病自我效能量表、糖尿病痛苦量表以及糖尿病自我管理活动问卷进行调查。结果:68.59%的空巢老年2型糖尿病病人存在糖尿病心理痛苦。糖尿病自我效能、心理痛苦及自我管理之间存在相关性(P<0.001),自我效能在社会支持与心理痛苦之间存在完全中介作用。结论:空巢老年2型糖尿病病人大多存在心理痛苦,其自我管理水平、自我效能水平均较低。自我效能作为中介变量对自我管理行为产生影响。Objective:To explore the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between diabetes related distress and self management in empty nest elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:A total of 347 cases of empty-nest elderly patients with type 2 diabetes from two general hospitals were investigated using the Self-Efficacy for Diabetes(SED),the Diabetes Distress Scale(DDS)and the Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities(SDSCA).Results:Totally 68.59%of patients suffered from diabetes related distress.There was significant relationship between self-efficacy,diabetes related distress and diabetes self-care activities(P<0.001).Self-efficacy played as the mediator between diabetes related distress and self management.Conclusion:Diabetes related distress is common amongst empty nest elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.The level of their self management and self efficacy is low.Self-efficacy plays a totally mediating effect between them.
