摘　　要：目的:编制骨科患者功能锻炼依从性量表,并检验其信度和效度。方法:以功能锻炼及依从性理论为概念框架,通过查阅文献和半结构访谈形成初稿量表,经过专家评议、预测试、大样本测试形成正式量表,并进行信度和效度检验。结果:骨科患者功能锻炼依从性量表包括3个维度和15个条目;累积方差贡献率为69.809%,Cronbach’sα系数为0.930,项目间平均相关系数为0.494,内容效度为0.936。结论:本研究研制的骨科患者功能锻炼依从性量表具有良好的信度和效度,可作为测评骨科患者功能锻炼依从性的工具。Objective:To develop a compliance scale of functional exercise for orthopedic patients and test the reliability and validity of the scale.Methods:Based on the conceptual framework of functional exercise and compliance theory,the initial scale was formed through semi-structured interview and literature review,and the formal scale was developed through expert consultation,pilot testing and large sample testing,and the reliability and validity testing was performed among 1024 postoperative orthopedics patients.Results:The Compliance scale of functional exercise for orthopedics patients included 15 items and 3 dimensions.The cumulative contribution of variance was 69.809%.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient for the total scale was 0.930,the mean inter-item correlations was 0.494,and the content validity index was 0.936.Conclusions:The Compliance scale of functional exercise for orthopedics patients has been shown good reliability and validity.It can be used as a valid tool to assess the compliance of functional exercise for orthopedics patients.
