摘　　要：骨折联络服务是一种有效的预防骨质疏松性二次骨折的系统方法。本文归纳了骨折联络服务实施过程中的关键要素、干预内容、干预模式,旨在为更有效地实施老年骨质疏松性二次骨折预防提供借鉴。Fracture Liaison Service is an effective systematic method to prevent secondary osteoporotic fractures.This paper summarizes the key elements,intervention content and intervention mode in the implementation of Fracture Liaison Service,in order to provide the reference for the prevention of secondary osteoporotic fractures in the elderly.
