鹅饲料营养价值评价和营养需要量的研究现状与展望

摘　　要：文章全面阐述了鹅对饼粕类、谷物类、干草粉类、糠麸类、动物蛋白类和油脂类常用饲料营养价值的评定方法与评定结果;提出了鹅对能量、蛋白质、氨基酸、纤维素、维生素、矿物质、亚油酸等营养素的需要量;分析比较了鹅不同品种(类型)对饲料营养利用率的差异性;指出该领域研究局限性与未来研究方向。In this paper, the evaluation methods and results of geese on the nutritional value of common feed such as cake, grain, hay powder, bran, animal protein and oil are described. The demands of geese on energy, protein,amino acid, cellulose, vitamin, mineral, linoleic acid and other nutrients were put forward. The feed camp of different geese varieties(types) was analyzed and compared. The research limitations and future research directions in this field were pointed out.
