摘　　要：目的:对伏立康唑磺丁基醚-β-环糊精包合物进行兔眼刺激性考察。方法:将氟康唑滴眼剂与自制伏立康唑包合物滴眼剂进行类比,以Draize评分法评价上述两种制剂对于兔眼刺激性。结果:该两种制剂均无明显刺激性反应。结论:自制包合物滴眼剂具有良好安全性,值得更进一步研究。Objective:To explore the irritation to rabbit eyes of voriconazole sulfobutyl ether-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compounds.Methods:The irritation to rabbit eyes of the common fluconazole eye drops and the self-made voriconazole inclusion compounds eye drops were compared by Draize score method.Results:The two preparations both had no obvious irritation to rabbit eyes.Conclusion:The self-made inclusion compounds eye drops have promising safety,which deserve further study.
