摘 要:目的:采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)测定骨碎补药材及烫骨碎补中10种微量元素(Al、Ca、Cd、Cr、Cu、Fe、Mg、Ni、Pb、Zn)的含量并分析。方法:将骨碎补药材及对应的烫骨碎补饮片粉末经微波消解后,采用ICP-OES法测定。结果:烫制后Al、Pb的含量明显降低,且多种元素间呈现出一定的相关性。所有元素的的线性相关系数为0.9978~1.0000,检出限为0.003~0.141 mg·kg^-1,重复性试验RSD为0.1%~2.8%,回收率为93.5%~103.1%。结论:建立的方法简便、准确,可用于同时测定骨碎补中10种微量元素的含量。Objective:To determine and analyze ten trace elements(Al,Ca,Cd,Cr,Cu,Fe,Mg,Ni,Pb,Zn)in Drynariae Rhizoma and their preparations stir-baked with sand by inductively coupled plasma-emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).Methods:The powders of Drynariae Rhizoma and their preparations stir-baked with sand were digested by microwave and determined by ICP-OES.Results:The contents of Al and Pb decreased obviously after stir-baked with sand,and there was a certain correlation among the elements.The linear correlation coefficients of all elements were 0.9978-1.0000,the detection limits were 0.003-0.141 mg·kg^-1,the RSDs of repeatability test were 0.1%-2.8%,and the recoveries were 93.5%-103.1%.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate,which can be used to simultaneously determine the contents of ten trace elements in Drynariae Rhizoma.
