品管圈在降低肺癌疼痛患者爆发痛发生率中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在降低肺癌疼痛患者爆发痛的发生率方面的效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年1—3月肺癌疼痛入院患者90例为对照组,2018年7—9月肺癌疼痛入院患者86例为试验组,两组患者均实施常规护理,试验组在此基础上开展品管圈活动,组织成立品管圈活动组"心手相连圈",制订活动计划,对肺癌疼痛患者发生爆发痛的患者进行调查,分析发生爆发痛的原因,拟定对策实施,检讨不足与效果确认。结果经过品管圈活动,肺癌疼痛患者爆发痛的发生率由48.89%(44/90)下降为22.09%(19/86),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=13.74,P<0.05)。活动后圈员解决问题的能力、责任心、沟通协调能力、自信心、团队凝聚力、品管圈手法的运用等方面均有提高。结论通过开展品管圈活动,降低了肺癌患者爆发痛的发生率,提高了护理团队的沟通能力、解决问题能力、团队凝聚力。Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle activity in reducing the incidence of burst pain in patients with lung cancer.Methods Using convenient sampling method,90 patients with lung cancer pain admitted from January to March 2018 were selected as the control group,86 patients with lung cancer pain admitted from July to September 2018 as the experimental group.Both groups of patients were given routine nursing.On this basis,the experimental group were organized quality control circle activities,the quality control circle activity group"heart hand circle"was carried out with activity plans formulated,the causes of the outbreak of pain were investigated,countermeasures worked out,deficiencies reviewed and the effects confirmed.Results After the activity of quality control circle,the incidence of pain outbreak in lung cancer patients decreased from 48.89%(44/90)to 22.09%(19/86),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=13.74,P<0.05).After the activity,the ability to solve problems,sense of responsibility,communication and coordination ability,self-confidence,team cohesion,and the use of quality control circle techniques were improved.Conclusions By carrying out the activities of quality control circle,the incidence of pain outbreak in lung cancer patients was reduced,and the communication ability,problem-solving ability and team cohesion of the nursing team were improved.
