摘　　要：医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤是普遍发生在患者身上的一种皮肤损伤,与护理质量密切相关。近年来逐渐受到国际护理同行的重视,目前我国临床护理人员对医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤认知不足,缺乏关注。本文收集国内外相关文献,从预防措施的角度进行综述,以期提高我国护理人员对医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤的认知与重视,促进医用黏胶的合理运用,预防医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤的发生。Medical adhesive-related skin injury(MARSI)is a kind of skin damage which is closely related to the quality of nursing care,and have been attached more and more attention by foreign nursing staff in recent years,however,our clinical nursing staff had limited awareness and knowledge on MARSI and lack of attention.In this paper,the relevant literature at home and abroad was collected and summarized from the perspective of preventive measures,in order to improve the recognition and attention of Chinese nurses on MARSI,promote the rational use of medical adhesive,and prevent the occurrence of MARSI.
