合欢皮高效液相指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：【目的】建立合欢皮高效液相(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)指纹图谱的分析方法,以确立合欢皮中药材的质量评价方法。【方法】收集12批不同产地的商品药材,应用高效液相色谱法,建立合欢皮HPLC检测方法及指纹图谱。【结果】基于12批不同产地合欢皮的指纹图谱,标定了23个共有特征峰,同时指认了(-)-丁香树脂酚-4,4’-双-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷、(-)-丁香树脂酚-4-O-β-D-呋喃芹糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷、丁香脂素3个指标成分,并运用国家药典委员会中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件(2004A版)得到12批样品指纹图谱相似度,其均>0.95。【结论】该HPLC指纹图谱法准确可靠、重现性好,为较全面的评价合欢皮的质量提供了依据。【Objective】To establish the fingerprint analysis method for Cortex Albiziae by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and determine the quality evaluation method for Cortex Albiziae.【Methods】The fingerprint profiling of Cortex Albizziae was established by HPLC.【Results】Based on the fingerprint profiling of Cortex Albizziae from 12 different regions,23 peaks were selected as common peaks in fingerprint and 3 of them were recognized,including(-)-syringaresinol-4,4’-bis-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,(-)-syringaresnol-4-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside and syringaresinol.The similar degree was obtained from the similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM(version 2004 A).All of them were greater than 0.95.【Conclusion】The method is accurate,reliable and repeatabe,which provides the basis for the comprehensive quality evaluation of Cortex Albiziae.
