心理护理干预对抑郁症负面情绪及自我接纳的效果

摘　　要：目的:研究心理护理干预对抑郁症负面情绪及自我接纳的效果。方法:选取2018年11月-2019年4月于笔者所在医院确诊的90例抑郁症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组常规护理的基础上加以心理护理干预。比较两组患者护理满意度及抑郁症负面情绪和自我接纳评分。结果:观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(X^2=3.959,P=0.047);观察组患者HAMD评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.745,P<0.01);观察组患者自我接纳评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.23,P<0.01)。结论:心理护理干预不仅对抑郁症患者负面情绪及自我接纳有较好的效果,还能够提高患者的护理满意度,在临床上值得被推广应用。Objective:To study the effect of psychological nursing intervention on depression negative emotions and self-acceptance.Method:Ninety patients with depression diagnosed in our hospital from November 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing in the control group.The nursing satisfaction,depression negative emotions and self-acceptance score were compared between the two groups.Result:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(■=3.959,P=0.047).The HAMD score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.745,P<0.01).The self-acceptance score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.23,P<0.01).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention not only has a better effect on negative emotions and self-acceptance of depression patients,but also can improve the patients’nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
