微信群延续性护理在提高乳癌根治术后患者生存质量的应用价值探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌患者接受乳癌根治术后的护理方法,分析微信群延续性护理在其中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年2月-2018年5月于笔者所在医院接受乳癌根治术的76例患者作为研究对象,分为观察组(微信群延续性护理)和对照组(常规护理),各38例。观察两组患者的术后恢复情况。结果:与护理前相比,两组护理后的心理状态和生活质量均得到良好改善,其中汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分降低,生活质量评分提升(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组护理后的健康知识掌握优良率(97.37%vs 78.95%)、遵医行为优良率(94.74%vs 73.68%)、护理满意度(97.37%vs 76.23%)、生活质量评分[(69.82±3.55)分vs (60.13±3.96)分]更高(P<0.05),而观察组HAMD评分(10.19±1.67)分,低于对照组的(15.94±2.62)分(P<0.05)。结论:微信群延续性护理的应用,能够有效改善乳腺癌术后患者的身心状态,提高其生存质量。Objective: To explore the nursing methods of breast cancer patients after radical mastectomy, and to analyze the effect of Wechat group in its application. Method: A total of 76 patients who underwent radical mastectomy in our hospital from February 2017 to May 2018 were divided into observation group(Wechat group continuous nursing) and control group(routine nursing), with 38 cases in each group. Result: Compared with before nursing, the mental state and quality of life of the patients after nursing in the two groups were improved significantly, including the decrease of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) score and the improvement of quality of life score(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the excellent and good rate of health knowledge(97.37% vs 78.95%), excellent and good rate of compliance behavior(94.74% vs 73.68%), patients’ nursing satisfaction(97.37% vs 76.23%), quality of life score [(69.82±3.55) points vs(60.13±3.96) points] in the observation after nursing were higher(P<0.05). While the HAMD score of(10.19±1.67) points in the observation group was lower than(15.94±2.62) points in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of Wechat group continuous nursing can effectively improve the physical and mental state of patients after radical mastectomy and improve their quality of life.
