全麻患者腹腔镜手术后苏醒期呕吐原因的分析与护理措施

摘　　要：目的:分析全麻患者腹腔镜手术后苏醒期呕吐的原因,阐述护理措施,观察护理效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年4月-2019年4月收治的50例全麻患者作为样本。采用随机抽签法分组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在分析全麻患者腹腔镜手术后苏醒期呕吐原因的基础上,提前对其进行预防。结果:拔管前两组MAP、HR、RR比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),拔管后观察组各项指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组呕吐发生率为8%,低于对照组的28%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96%,高于对照组的80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过风险评估、体位调整、用药、按摩等方式,对全麻腹腔镜手术后苏醒期患者进行护理,可有效预防呕吐,提升患者的护理满意度。Objective: To analyze the causes of postoperative vomiting in patients with general anesthesia after laparoscopic surgery, and to explain the nursing measures and observe the effect of nursing. Method: From April 2018 to April 2019, 50 patients under general anesthesia were selected as samples. They were divided into two groups by the method of random drawing. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was prevented in advance on the basis of analyzing the causes of vomiting after laparoscopic surgery in the observation group. Result: There were no significant differences in MAP, HR, RR between the two groups before extubation(P>0.05). But the indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group after extubation, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of vomiting in the observation group was 8%, which was lower than 16% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96%, higher than 80% of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Through the methods of risk assessment, body position adjustment, medication, massage and the like, the patients who wake up after the general anesthesia operation can effectively prevent the vomiting and improve the nursing satisfaction of the patients.
