温针灸联合生物反馈电刺激治疗产后盆底功能障碍的效果

摘　　要：目的:研讨产后盆底功能障碍的患者采用温针灸联合生物反馈电刺激治疗方案的效果。方法:选取2018年3-12月笔者所在医院收治的产后盆底功能障碍的患者共80例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组患者仅选用单一的生物反馈电刺激治疗,研究组则在选用生物反馈电刺激治疗的基础上联合温针灸治疗,治疗时间均为3个月。比较两组的临床疗效及盆底肌力的变化。结果:经过3个月的治疗,两组患者盆底肌力等级均有改善,研究组Ⅱ、Ⅲ级患者占比低于对照组,且Ⅴ级患者占比显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率为97.50%,明显高于对照组的82.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比单一生物反馈电刺激治疗,温针灸联合生物反馈电刺激的方案对于产后盆底功能障碍的患者的疗效更理想。Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of warming needle moxibustion combined with biofeedback electric stimulation on patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction. Method: A total of 80 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to our hospital from March to December 2018 were selected. The patients were divided into control group and study group by random number representation, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with single biofeedback electrical stimulation, while the study group was treated with warm needle moxibustion on the basis of biofeedback electrical stimulation. And the treatment time was 3 months. The clinical efficacy and pelvic floor muscle strength of the two groups were compared. Result: After 3 months of treatment, the pelvic floor muscle strength grade of both groups improved, but the proportion of grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ patients in the study group was lower than those in the control group, and the proportion of grade Ⅴ patients was significantly higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The curative effect in the study group was 97.50%, which was significantly higher than 82.50% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with single biofeedback electric stimulation therapy, warm needling combined with biofeedback electric stimulation is more effective for patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.
