大型住宅小区项目管理分析

摘　　要：在现代化社会的快速发展中,我国建筑工程项目的建设规模在不断扩大,并且具有施工难度大、施工周期长、参与项目建设人数多等特点,因此,在建设施工和管理过程中存在很多风险因素。为了确保工程项目建设的顺利实施,建设企业需要引进更多先进的管理技术和管理方法,提高项目建设的整体质量,满足环保、成本、节能等要求。基于此,论文结合住宅小区实例,研究了大型住宅小区项目管理的相关内容。In the rapid development of modern society, the construction scale of China’s construction projects is constantly expanding,and has the characteristics of great difficulty in construction, long construction period, large number of people involved in the project construction, so there are many risk factors in the construction and management process. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of project construction, construction enterprises need to introduce more advanced management technologies and management methods to improve the overall quality of project construction and meet the requirements of environmental protection, cost and energy saving. Based on this, combined with the example of residential area, the paper studies the related content of project management of large residential area.
