电梯曳引轮绳槽非均匀性磨损分析

摘　　要：针对曳引电梯定期检验工作中某小区20余台(近40%)电梯的曳引轮绳槽发生磨损严重不均匀的现象,分层抽样6台电梯进行了钢丝绳张力检测、外观型号检测及直径测量,并随机抽取其中一台电梯的曳引轮进行了外形尺寸测量分析及材料性能的检测。通过对检测结果的技术分析得出钢丝绳张力不均匀、偏差过大是造成曳引轮绳槽非均匀磨损的直接原因,并就安装、维保、使用、检测及监管环节提出几点建议。In view of the serious non-uniform wear of the sheave grooves of more than 20 elevators(nearly 40%elevators)in a residential area in the periodical inspection of elevators,six elevators were sampled by floor for the tension test,the appearance examination and diameter measurement of the groove,and the sheave of one of the elevators was randomly selected for the measurement and analysis of the external dimension and the detection of the material performance.Through the technical analysis of the test results,it is concluded that the uneven tension and excessive deviation of the rope are the direct causes of the uneven wear of the groove of the sheave,and some suggestions are put forward for the installation,maintenance,use,test and supervision.
