经腹腔腹膜前腹腔镜疝修补术与疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较分析经腹腔腹膜前腹腔镜疝修补术(TAPP)、疝环填充式无张力疝修补术应用于腹股沟疝治疗的效果.方法抽取山西省临汾市人民医院2017年1月至2018年12月收治的90例腹股沟疝患者进行分组研究,经随机数字表法将其分为研究组45例和对照组45例.研究组予以经腹腔腹膜前腹腔镜疝修补术,对照组行疝环填充式无张力疝修补术.结果两组手术成功率为100.00%;研究组手术时间与对照组比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组术后下床、住院时间少于对照组(P<0.05),研究组治疗费用高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后腹股沟区疼痛(2.22%)、阴囊水肿(0)发生率低于对照组(20.00%、11.11%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论应用TAPP治疗腹股沟疝有效性、安全性均较优,但在实际工作中还需根据患者经济情况合理选择手术方案.Objective To compare the clinical value of laparoscopic transaldominal preperitoneal hernia repair and hernia ring-filled tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods Ninety patients with inguinal hernia admitted to Linfen People's Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected for grouping study.By random number table method,they were divided into study group(45 cases)and control group(45 cases).The study group underwent.The control group underwent an ankle-filled tension-free hernia repair.Results The success rate of surgery was 100.00%in the two groups.There was no significant difference in operation time between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).The time of going to bed and hospitalization in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment cost of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative inguinal pain(2.22%)and scrotal edema(0.00%)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(20.00%,11.11%),the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The efficacy and safety of laparoscopic transaldominal preperitoneal hernia repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia are better.However,it is necessary to choose a reasonable surgical plan according to the patient's economic situation in actual work.
