摘　　要：目的探讨高龄老年非瓣膜性心房颤动(NVAF)患者长期应用利伐沙班治疗的疗效及安全性.方法抽取2016年5月至2018年5月在郑州大学附属郑州市中心医院治疗的58例NVAF患者,将>80岁29例作为高龄组,65~80岁29例作为老年组,所有患者均使用利伐沙班治疗,用药监测1年.结果老龄患者使用利伐沙班治疗1年后的凝血酶时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间、纤维蛋白原等指标与老年组患者比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);用药监测期间,两组患者均未再发急性脑梗死,高龄组患者不良反应发生率(17.24%)与老年组(13.79%)比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05).结论对高龄老年NVAF患者长期应用利伐沙班疗效、安全性良好,具有可行性.Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of rivasaban in the treatment of elderly patients with non-valvular fibrillation(NVAF)for a long time.Methods A total of 58 patients with NVAF in Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from May 2016 to May 2018 were treated.Twenty-nine cases over 80 years old of them,were considered as the elderly group,29 cases between 65 and 80 years old as the elderly group.All patients were treated with rivasaban for 1 year.Results The indexes of thrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time,prothrombin time and fibrinogen in elderly patients treated with rivaroxaban for one year were compared with those in elderly patients,There was no significant difference in the and there were significant difference(P>0.05).During medication monitoring period,no acute cerebral infarction recurred in neither group.There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the elderly group(17.24%)and the elderly group(13.79%),P>0.05.Conclusions The long-term application of rivaroxaban in the elderly patients with NVAF has good curative effect and good safety.
