摘  要:目的:建立以离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯化盐(C4minCl)为高效液相色谱流动相添加剂分离吲哚类生物碱的方法,探讨离子液体作用机理和分离效能。方法:利用离子液体作流动相添加剂,采用高效液相色谱法分离吲哚类生物碱,根据溶质计量置换保留模型(SDM-R)考察检测波长、有机相种类、传统添加剂、离子液体种类、烷基链长度、浓度和pH等因素对吲哚类生物碱保留因子、分离效果、对称性的影响,通过色谱参数研究保留过程和保留机制。结果:当离子液体作为流动相添加剂时,可明显改善此类生物碱的分离效果,缩短分析时间,减少色谱峰的拖尾,提高分离效能,当离子液体达到一定浓度时,其浓度与组分的保留值符合SDM-R的线性关系。结论:C4minCl的浓度与组分保留因子的变化符合SDM-R,且保留过程以竞争吸附为主。Objective:To develop a novel analytical method for the separation of indole alkaloids by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) using room temperature ionic liquid(C4minCl) as mobile phase additive. Illustrate the mechanism and separation efficiency of ionic liquid. Methods: This paper used high performance liquid chromatography to separate indole alkaloids,and ionic liquids as mobile phase additives,wavelength of detection,type of organic phase,pH,concentration and type of ionic liquid on retention behavior of components were investigated according to stoichiometric displacement model for retention of solute(SDM-R),and studied retention process and mechanism by chromatographic parameters. Results: The ionic liquid as mobile phase additive could significantly improve the separation effect on indole alkaloids, reduce analysis time,and increase the symmetry of peak and the separation efficiency. When the ionic liquids reached a certain concentration,its concentration and the retention value of components comply with the linear relationship of SDM-R. Conclusion: The relationship between retention factor and concentrations of ionic liquid preferably complies with the stoichiometric displacement model for retention(SDM-R),and the retention process of indole alkaloids is dominated by competitive adsorption.
