摘 要:目的:对东北20个不同产区的朝鲜淫羊藿中黄酮类成分进行测定,并对结果进行分析,为考察朝鲜淫羊藿的质量变化提供依据。方法:采用紫外可见分光光度法测定朝鲜淫羊藿中总黄酮的含量,HPLC法测定淫羊藿苷、朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C的含量,并对所得数据进行聚类分析。结果:东北不同产区朝鲜淫羊藿黄酮类成分含量具有明显差异,辽宁省桓仁县所产4份样品中黄酮含量较高,吉林省临江市所产6份样品中黄酮含量较低。20份样品中有11份样品中总黄酮含量达到2015年版《中华人民共和国药典》标准,2份样品中淫羊藿苷含量达到2015年版《中华人民共和国药典》标准。结论:该研究发现目前朝鲜淫羊藿使用中存在的一些问题,为提高朝鲜淫羊藿内在质量提供了科学依据。Objective:To determine and analyze flavonoids in Epimedium koreanum from 20 different areas in northeast China,so as to provide basis for investigation on the quality change of Epimedium koreanum. Methods:Determination of total flavonoids in Epimedium koreanum by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. HPLC was adopted in the content determination of icariin,epimedin A,epimedin B and epimedin C. Clustering analysis of the data obtained. Results:The contents of flavonoids in Epimedium koreanum in different areas of northeast China showed obvious difference. The contents in 4 samples from Huanren County of Liaoning Province were higher than those in 6 samples from Linjiang City of Jilin Province. Among the 20 samples,11 samples were qualified for total flavonoids,and 2 samples were qualified for icariin. Conclusion:This study reveals problems in application of Epimedium koreanum and provides scientific basis for improving the quality of Epimedium koreanum.
