泌尿系统结石疼痛症状的中医护理

摘　　要：泌尿系结石常以疼痛为首发症状。目前,常规的西医护理没有十分有效的降低患者疼痛的护理方案,导致患者因疼痛而产生的焦虑、紧张、恐惧等情绪不断加重,影响患者依从性和治疗效果。本文对中医护理应用于泌尿系统结石症状的研究予以综述,介绍了情志护理、针刺调护、穴位敷贴、穴位按摩、耳穴压豆、穴位注射等中医护理与治疗方法。Urinary calculi is often characterized by pain.At present,the conventional western medicine nursing has no very effective nursing to reduce the pain of patients,which leads to the aggravation of anxiety,tension,fear and other emotions caused by pain,and affects the patient’s compliance and therapeutic effect.This article reviews the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for pain symptoms from urinary calculus,introducing the traditional Chinese medicine nursing and treatment methods such as emotional nursing,acupuncture nursing,acupoint application,acupoint massage,auricular point pressing with bean,acupoint injection,etc.
