药物治疗联合子宫按摩在前置胎盘剖宫产术中止血疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析卡前列素氨丁三醇联合马来酸麦角新碱、子宫按摩在前置胎盘剖宫产术中止血疗效。方法选取我院前置胎盘剖宫产术患者74例(2017年8月至2018年12月),分为卡前列素氨丁三醇联合马来酸麦角新碱治疗的对照组(37例)与卡前列素氨丁三醇联合马来酸麦角新碱、子宫按摩的观察组(37例),观察患者出血量及不良反应发生率。结果与对照组相比,观察组产后术后血量及产后24h出血量少,不良反应发生率低,P<0.05。结论在前置胎盘剖宫产术中止血治疗中,卡前列素氨丁三醇联合马来酸麦角新碱、子宫按摩效果较好,能减少产后出血量,降低不良反应发生率,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the hemostatic effect of caprostatin combined with ergoxin maleate and uterine massage in the caesarean section of placenta previa.Methods Selection our hospital 74 cases of patients with placenta previa method(August 2017 to December 2018),divided into card other tromethamine joint new maleic acid ergot alkali treatment of the control group(37 cases)with other tromethamine joint maleic acid ergot alkali,uterine massage new observation group(37 cases),blood loss and incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had less postpartum blood volume and 24h postpartum blood loss,with a low incidence of adverse reactions(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of hemostasis during cesarean section of placenta previa,caprostatin combined with ergol maleate and uterine massage have better effects,which can reduce postpartum blood loss and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
