Objective To observe and study the nursing methods of vasospasm in patients with intracranial aneurysms after interventional surgery. Methods Seventy patients with intracranial aneurysms admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as observation objects. They were divided into group A and group B according to random number table method. Group A received routine nursing. On this basis, group B received comprehensive nursing. The blood vessel spasm and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results(1) Analysis of the occurrence of vasospasm: 6 cases in group A had vasospasm, the incidence was 17.1%(6/35). 1 case in group B had vasospasm, the incidence was 2.9%(1/35). There were significant differences in the incidence of vasospasm between groups(x^2=3.968, P<0.05).(2) Analysis of nursing satisfaction: the nursing satisfaction of group B was significantly higher than that of group A, with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients with intracranial aneurysms undergoing interventional surgery can reduce the occurrence of vasospasm, which is worthy of vigorous promotion in clinical practice.
