芩莲养肤褥疮膏在褥疮糖尿病足及术后伤口久不愈合应用中的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨芩莲养肤褥疮膏在褥疮糖尿病足及术后伤口久不愈合应用中的临床效果。方法选取我诊所2018年1月至2019年5月收治的160例褥疮糖尿病足及术后伤口久不愈合患者,随机分成两组,其中对照组80例,采用常规护理,观察组80例,在对照组的基础上采用芩莲养肤褥疮膏治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对褥疮糖尿病足及术后伤口久不愈合患者使用芩莲养肤褥疮膏治疗,配合防褥疮护理能有效促进糖尿病患者褥疮的愈合,疗效确切值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qinlian skin-nourishing bedsore ointment in the treatment of bedsore diabetic foot and long-term wound nonunion after operation.Methods From January 2018 to May 2019,160 patients with bedsore,diabetic foot and long-term wound nonunion were randomly divided into two groups.80 patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and 80 patients in the observation group were given Qinlian skin-nourishing bedsore ointment on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Qinlian skin-nourishing bedsore ointment for bedsore patients with diabetic foot and long-term wound healing after operation,combined with bedsore prevention nursing,can effectively promote the healing of bedsore in diabetic patients,and the curative effect is worthy of promotion.
