摘　　要：目前,很多地方校验安全阀都使用了智能安全阀校验台,这为校验工作带来了很大的便利,同时也提高了工作效率。智能型安全阀校验台上实时压力显示和数据获取都需要传感器来实现,因此,保证传感器的准确度十分重要。本文主要讲述安装在校验台上的传感器的校准流程及方法,为安全阀校验准确性提供有效保障。Safety valves are checked with intelligent safety valve calibration tables in many places at present,which brings great convenience to the work and improves work efficiency.Real-time pressure display and data acquisition of the intelligent safety valve calibration tables need sensors to achieve,so it is very important to ensure the accuracy of the sensors.The calibration process and method of the sensors equipped on the calibration tables are described in this paper to provide effective guarantee for the calibration accuracy of the safety valves.
