摘　　要：河南科技大学新校区图书信息中心为河南科技大学与洛阳市共同建设的大型公共建筑,如何使本项目同时满足多维度、多空间、多功能的要求,使本案成为实用、美观、经济的综合性图书馆,同时创造一种良好、舒适的工作学习环境,是设计中一以贯之的设计思路。本设计不仅强调了建筑与环境的有机结合,而且结合项目实际情况和国内领先的绿色科技建筑技术,切实贯彻了国家节能,环保,低碳等政策。The library information center in the new campus of Henan University of Science and Technology is a large-scale public building jointly constructed by Henan University of Science and Technology and Luoyang City.How to make the project meet the requirements of multi-dimensional,multi-dimensional,multi-functional at the same time,make the project become a practical,beautiful and economic comprehensive library,and create a good and comfortable working and learning environment at the same time is a consistent design idea in the design.This design not only emphasizes the organic combination of building and environment,but also combines the actual situation of the project and the domestic leading green science and technology building technology,and effectively implements the national energy conservation,environmental protection,low carbon and other policies.
