摘 要:基于老板电器S226蒸箱、C906蒸烤一体机,本研究通过外接蒸汽发生器和蠕动泵,开展腔体温度与蒸汽量的精准控制技术研究。经研究发现,以S226、C906,40L腔体为载体,单独采用蒸汽发生器较难实现高温过热蒸汽,达到105℃过热蒸汽的最短预热时间参数为:蒸汽发生器设置温度175~200℃,蒸汽流量26.4~31.7mL/min,此时预热时间在7~8min之间。其中,蒸汽发生器初始温度、腔体出气孔数及进水水温对预热时间的影响不大。同时,在蒸汽发生器提供100℃蒸汽的条件下,采用C906腔体辅助加热,蒸汽流量处于34.4~47.8mL/min的范围内,C906设置温度处于110~150℃之间时,可实现过热蒸汽和蒸汽量的单独精准控制,为嵌入式产品实现腔体温度与蒸汽量的单独精准控制提供应用与技术指导。Based on Robam S226 and C906, this study carried out research on the precise control technology of cavity temperature and steam volume through external steam generator and peristaltic pump. It has been found that it is difficult to achieve superheated steam by steam generator alone in S226 and C906. The shortest preheating parameters of superheated steam reaching 105℃ is steam generator setting temperature 175~200℃, steam flow rate 26.4~31.7 mL/min, and the preheating time is between 7~8 min. At the same time, the initial temperature of the steam generator, the number of air outlets of the cavity, and the temperature of the inlet water have little effect on the preheating time. More importantly, under the condition that the steam generator provides steam of 100℃, the steam flow is in the range of 34.4~47.8 mL/min, and the C906 cavity uses auxiliary heating by setting temperature between 110~150℃, the superheated steam and separate precision control of steam volume can be realized, which provides application and technical guidance for embedded products to achieve separate and precise control of cavity temperature and steam volume.
