摘 要:结合SPJ900架桥机在实际工作中的使用情况,发现该机型在转运过程中存在一定的不安全因素和效率低下等问题.由此构想了一种在中车加装吊耳的方式进行改进设计,以达到提升安全性能和提高生产效率的目的.借助三维设计软件SolidWorks进行吊耳的结构设计,完成后再次借助SolidWorks的simulation插件进行结构的受力分析与校核改进,最后进行吊耳的加工和安装.经验证达到了预期目标,在提高工效、降低安全风险等方面效果显著.Based on the application of SPJ900 bridge erecting machine in practical work,this paper finds that there are some unsafe factors and inefficiencies in the process of transshipment.This author conceives a way to improve the design by installing lifting lugs on medium-sized vehicles,so as to improve the safety performance and production efficiency.In this paper,the structure design of lifting lugs is carried out with the help of SolidWorks,a three-dimensional design software.After completing the structural design of the lifting lug,the stress analysis of the structure is carried out again with the help of simulation plug-in of SolidWorks,and the checking and improvement are completed.Finally,the processing and installation of the lifting lugs are carried out,and the experience proves that the anticipated goal is achieved,which has made remarkable achievements in improving work efficiency and reducing safety risks.
