摘  要:传统的ZD6型电动转辙机配线整流匣安装在电缆盒内,没有防止整流匣正、负极接线相互倒换的安全控制措施;不同设计单位对于定位2、4闭合类型道岔控制电路图换线的处理方法不统一,常常造成工程现场出现多种不同接线方式的道岔配线,容易遗留故障安全隐患.通过研发在电动转辙机内部安装的防错整流匣,统一道岔电缆盒内端子的使用用途,增强ZD6型电动转辙机配线的防错功能,从源头上预防道岔错误表示故障.同时采用定型模板和双面焊线等新工艺,提高电动转辙机配线的工艺水平和安全性能.The wiring and rectifier box of the traditional ZD6 type electric sw让ch machine is installed in its cable box in which there is no safety control means to prevent the positive terminal and negative terminal of the rectifier box from being swapped.Moreover,there is no uniform treatment in swapping the connections to the No.2 and 4 terminals as normal locking terminals in switch control electric circuit diagrams by different designers,which may often result in various ways to connect the switch's terminals that remains as a safety risk.Therefore,an error-proof rectifier box is designed to install in the electric switch machine,which can impose uniform limitation on the use of the terminals so as to add anti-error function to the wiring of the ZD6 type electric sw让ch machine,avoiding switch indication errors from the starting point.Meanwhile?new technologies,such as stereotype template and two-sided wire bonding,are adopted to enhance the technological level and safety performance of the electric switch machine wiring.
