摘 要:防雷变压器是ZPW-2000A轨道电路模拟网络盘的重要组成器件,主要对雷击信号起隔离防护作用,通常是采用在雷击侧绕组和防雷侧绕组之间加入接地铜箔的方法,来提高其防雷性能.本文以XED型变压器为研究对象,深入探讨了雷击侧绕组与铜箔之间的距离对绝缘耐压及防雷性能的影响规律.研究发现,随着二者之间距离的增大,防雷侧绕组交流绝缘耐压性能会逐渐降低,雷击侧绕组交流绝缘耐压性能逐渐增高,其防雷性能呈现先低后高的趋势,原因就是雷击侧绕组与铜箔之间的距离影响绕组间及对地电容.The lightning-proof transformer is important parts to the track circuit,which is used to avoid lightning wave to protect devices?The usual method to improve the lightning proof properties is to add copper foil between the lightning-side and lightning-protecting-side.Here,taking the XED type lightning proof as an example,the effect of the distance between the lighting-side winding and the copper foil on the AC insulation and lightning-proof properties was discussed.It is found that with the distance increasing,the AC insulation of wing on the lightning-protectingside decrease gradually,and that on the lightning-side increases?The lightning-proof properties increase firstly,and the decrease with the distance increasing.These are ascribed to the capacitance in windings variations due to the effect of distance between the lightning-side and copper foil.
